a Farm Stay and Surjivan

It seems like yesterday. A journey to get inspired. A Beautiful part of the world and lovely surroundings we have been to last year.. A beautiful farmstay, most peaceful of all and unbelievably delicious village food. A journey which we took to a farm near Delhi a few kilometers away from Gurgaon. All travels for us are to take some time off from work and the hectic schedules of the cities fast pace. This truly made it possible. The houses were made of mud and cowdung, painted in terracotta colour and designs were made on it to remind us of small villages in Gujarat.

  1. Sounds like a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.... loved the interiors with all its rustiness..... and great photography Lakshmi :)

  2. Ooh, I want to go too. Looks really nice....loved the third shot...of the sunshine on the wall, and the last shot, of course.

  3. Such a beautiful and lovely place to unwind and relax.

  4. Its such a beautiful place. really reminds one of a kutchi village. Btw, Surjivan is the name of the farm?
